BYT Grease 2024 Forms

All three forms listed below must be completed and submitted in order to fully register for Grease 2024.

BYT Grease 2024 |Photo Release Form

I grant Bluffton Youth Theatre permission to photograph my child any time they are at a BYT function. I grant them permission to use my or my child’s photo for use on any BYT sanctioned social or print media, if it is for theatre use alone and not for personal use of any of the members.

I also recognize that, if me or my teen is not able to attend the day assigned for professional headshots, I will pay a penalty of $50 for the photographer to return to take a photo of me or my teen. I also realize that only the photographer chosen by Bluffton Youth Theatre may take me or my teen's head shot.

BYT Grease 2024 | Contract

1) I will get my teen or myself to rehearsals and performances on time.

2) I will communicate any concerns by email. I understand my input is valuable and appreciated.

3) I will listen to the directions of the director, or any other specified adults, and model respectful behavior.

4) I will read emails and texts sent and respond in a timely fashion.

5) I will only bring water in a leak proof water bottle to rehearsals and shows.

6) I will not change any part of a costume, unless given specific direction by the costume director.

7) I understand the importance that sponsors are crucial to the financial aspect of the theatre and will attempt to talk to businesses and fill one full page of ads.

8) I will follow the rules when I am a member of the audience, including, but not limited to, videotaping and cell phone use.

9) I will meet any deadlines given.

10) I understand that if my teen, or I, is removed from the show, for any reason, I will not be receiving a refund of my tuition (if the cast list has already been sent out)

11) I will NOT bring my teen, or myself, to practice if they exhibit any signs of sickness such as, but not limited to, high temperature, fever, nausea, or coughing.
