Matilda is a bright young girl who loves reading and learning, despite her parent's objections. When time comes for her to go to school, her excitement is quickly demolished by the school's  cruel headmistress, Miss Trunchbull. Trunchbull believes children must be taught through strict rules and punishment. However, Matilda's teacher Miss Honey loves children and believes in teaching through kindness and care. Well Matilda is sick of so many adults in her life being bullies and is ready to make a stand. Can such a young girl start a rebellion under the watchful eye of her tyrannical headmistress?
