Bring the following with you to auditions: All forms (filled out), a check with tuition payment and registration fee, and a separate check with a $25 costume deposit (to be discarded if costume is returned after the production - washed and in good condition)

When: Saturday, January 19th, 2019
What to prepare: A part of a song to sing acapella. The song does not need to be from Annie, but it would be preferred. Each child also needs to prepare a short monologue (about a paragraph in length).

*Remember that once all the time slots are filled, we will not open anymore so sign up early!*
***If your child(ren) is unable to attend, please remove their name from the list. If you keep their name on the list, you are taking an audition slot from someone else who may have wanted to audition.***

What does this all cost?
The price of the Spring Program is $350 per child. The discount for multiple children is as follows: $350 for the first child, $315 (10% off) for the second child, and $280 (20% off) for third, fourth (or more) children. There is also a $25 registration fee per family. This registration fee is only needed once for the year and will count for all shows in 2019. Payment is due at the time of audition.

**There will be no refunds issued after the cast list has been released. Casting is a time consuming and difficult process and recasting is even harder. Therefore we cannot issue a refund.**
Bluffton Youth Theatre, since it's beginning in 2015, has worked hard to be more than just a theatre company. At BYT, we focus on building each cast and crew member's skills as well as teach each person to encourage and support one another. Because we want each child to grow, we give everyone who auditions a part in our musical!
We also have a main goal of being a totally inclusive theatre. We believe that every child can shine in the performing arts regardless of their physical or mental challenges.

Why BYT?
Rehearsals
Where: On Fridays at Bluffton United Methodist Church - 101 Calhoun Street
On Saturdays at Limitless Pediatric Solutions - 4 Oliver Court #105
When: Rehearsal will be every Friday night from 6pm - 8pm and Saturdays anywhere from 10am - 4pm depending on the cast member's part.
All Annie JR shows will be performed at Hilton Head Preparatory Main Street Theatre at 3000 Main Street on Hilton Head Island.
The show dates (which every cast and crew member must attend) are as follows:
April 4th at 7pm (Call time - 5pm)
April 5th at 7pm (Call time - 5pm)
April 6th at 2pm (Call time - 12pm)
April 7th at 3pm (Call time - 1pm)
Dress rehearsals (which everyone must also attend) are from 5-8:30 on Monday, April 1st, Tuesday, April 2nd, and Wednesday, April 3rd
