Ensemble It! Is specifically for younger actors who want to be a part of our summer production of Alice in Wonderland. The camp will be a full day camp from 10am - 4pm and campers will also need to be available for some Alice in Wonderland rehearsals as well as all shows.
Tuition
$400 for Ensemble It! as well as the week of rehearsals and shows for Alice in Wonderland. You will also receive two free tickets to the performance (max one group of free tickets per family), as show t-shirt, and all needed rehearsal materials (max one per family).
Those who are new to Bluffton Youth Theatre must also pay a $25 registration fee**.
*All payments made by credit card will also have a 2.9% processing fee
**The $25 registration fee is good for all programs for 1 calendar year
Dates and Times
Ensemble It! will start on Monday, July 15th and end on Friday, July 19th.
After Ensemble It! all campers must be available for all rehearsals and shows for Alice in Wonderland from July 22nd - July 28th.
The first week of camp (July 15th - 19th) will be from 10am - 4pm
Tech week for Alice in Wonderland (July 22nd - 26th) will be from 9am - 4pm
Shows will be at the following times:
Wednesday, July 24th at 10am
Thursday, July 25th and Friday, July 26th at 7pm
Saturday, July 27th at 2pm
Sunday, July 28th at 3pm.
All shows and rehearsals are mandatory
Session Description
This session is for our younger actors who may be
1) Too young for our Alice in Wonderland cast
2) Wanting to try out a stage show but just want to start with an ensemble role
3) Want to be a part of Alice in Wonderland, but cannot be available for the 4 week commitment needed
Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up
If enough interest arises, we will open the theatre early and stay open late. An additional $10/hr per child will be added to your tuition. If you would like to sign up for additional pick up and drop off times, make sure to mark it on your registration form!
*This service will only be available for the week of July 15th - 19th not for rehearsals and shows
Payment is due 1 week after invoice is received.
There will be no refunds for this fee even if your child does not come on the days indicated.
Registration Deadlines
*Payment and forms are both due by the deadline in order to be registered
Early Registration Deadline: May 1st.
If campers are signed up fully and tuition is ready to be paid, you will receive a $25 discount on your tuition.
On-Time Registration Deadline: June 1st.
If the camper is not fully registered and paid by the deadline, there will be a $25 late registration fee.
Extended Deadline Information: July 15th
For any campers registered after June 1st but before the first day of camp, you will be charged a $25 late fee.

Note: It may take 3 - 5 days to receive invoice after signing up for camp. If invoice is received after deadline has passed, it will not disqualify you from any discounts as long as payment is received by one week after invoice is received.
If payment is not received by one week after invoice received, then registration is null and void and no discounts will be applied.

Sign Up Requirements
*If signing up for multiple camps, only one set of forms is required
In order to register for camp, you must fill out the following forms: registration form, photo release, and parent contract.
Both the photo release and contract will need a signature and can be completed on the BYT website. The registration form will be using Google Forms.
All forms need to be submitted in order to sign up and receive an invoice
If payment and requirements are not received by the one week deadline, then registration is null and void.
Discount Information
Multiple Sibling Discount:
If a family has multiple siblings in Alice in Wonderland, they will receive discounts on siblings. The first child will be $400, second child will be $20 off and third, fourth or more will be $40 off.*
Early Registration Discount:
If the camper is fully registered and paid by May 1st, they will receive a $25 discount
